It is true that "beauty is in the eye of the beholder". Ten different people may look at the same thing, but they will all see it in different ways. We all have are own unique perceptions.
"Rainbow Butte", "Open Heart" and "Saucerhead" have all been formally published in the 2003, 2004 and 2006 editions by the International Library of Photography. "Open Heart" and "Saucerhead" were selected for awards in Washington D.C. and Las Vegas Nevada by the International Society of Photographers. Tammy's message: "Find your passion in life and go for it."
Tammy is a native of McCloud, a small lumber town on the south-eastern side of Mt.Shasta.
Growing up in the forest gave her a deep connection and respect for the earth and wildlife.
Clean air, crystal clear rivers, and trees are among the greatest gifts to mankind. Shasta
mountain is one of the 7 Sacred places of the world. It is considered a Holy Shrine by our Native
American tribes. Mt.Shasta is a place of medicine, healing and finding your
vision. Our hope is that people will realize the importance of nature, keeping it clean and pure, for
it sustains all life. |
